Didn't I hear something about the registration in Clark Co. going away after the first of the year, or am I just dreaming?

Your just dreaming, sorry. The ridiculous registration "blue card" is still alive and well in Gillespie's kingdom.

SB92 was suppose to make it go away.

However, it was amended & compromised and therefore it still exists.

That said SB92 changes NRS 244.364 which will force a change to Clark County Code 12.04.110.

The change requires non-residents of Clark County to register their handguns if they are staying more than 60 days in Clark County and requires residents of Clark County 72 hours to register their handguns.

New change goes into effect on 01-01-2008.
