The law changed somewhat on October 1, 2007:

Default Nevada Recognizes Ohio License?
I have read and been told that whey Nevada booted Utah and Florida they also decided to accept Ohio's license.

Been looking for something legal that reflects that, like maybe a Nevada AG website or a posted letter from them or something like that.

Not finding any links or postings that are helpful on this question.

Map seems to be VERY out of date when you look at it.
