I received my renewal NV CFP in the mail yesterday. It appears that once LVMPD calls you to redo your fingerprints that's all they are waiting for. The issuance date on my renewal NV CFP is 1/14/2009, it was postmarked 1/16/2009. It arrived on 1/17/2009 exactly a month before expiration. LVMPD appears to be running at about 80 days now for issuance if they don't lose your prints, 90 if they do.
