gdcleanfun beat me to it. No. You can only be trespassed from the property if you are made.

All Coast Casinos/Boyd Properties have that signage. Until I am made they can go pound sand. Oh BTW, I typically go out to dinner at Sam's Town which has the same signage posted. I carry anyway. I always carry at the casinos here. Until they put metal detectors at each entrance there's nothing they can do until you are made. You're only going to be made if you're being an idiot.

When I go to Carnaval Court @ Harrah's I have no issue. I've also carried at Harrah's in Laughlin and Tahoe. No issues. The only casino that has metal detectors is the Stratosphere and that's to get to the elevator to the top of the tower.

The only time a casino resort may be a statutory prohibited area is if it has an onsite licensed child care facility and that's subject to some legal debate under the language of NRS 202.265 and 202.3673.

Not so. Those signs means little to nothing. It's not law. It's only their policy. If you are legit and cc well, they will never know and you are breaking no laws, unless, as Netentity said, they have an onside child care, and yes, then it's debatable if cc is then legal. I'm thinking that lots of casinos have this, or at least one on one child care, they used to anyway. I often used services like this almost 20 years ago when my son was small. You need to do your own due diligence.

Other than in those specific places, when you see a sign on a building that prohibits open carry or cc, well, that is when is when the signs mean little. I hope I didn't mislead you. The key here is that the NRS specifies that every entrance into a building such as a casino has to be signed that no weapons are allowed. If you find a casino that has that type of sign, find another entrance, a side or back door or some such. I park in back parking lots and use back or side doors often because rarely do I see signage on the walls. If you are discovered then all you have to do is tell them you saw no sign on the wall and then all they can do is trespass you back outside. Then it's up to you to decide if you want to return to a casino (other place of business) that won't let you be secure.

What they can do is trespass you which mean that you are escorted out the door. You put your firearm in your vehicle, you go back inside, all is well.

Not quite true. In terms of concealed carry, it's true. In terms of trespassing, and I guarantee you that they will go that route, it means everything. They can still ask you to leave. Something tells me that they will go so far as to arrest you and claim that you wouldn't leave. It's their word against yours and guess who wins? Unfortunately, the casino. They can use their authority to pull the blue card thing too if you're not a resident of Clark County and they can confiscate your firearm to make you go through the process. Sucks, but the cops can do it. You'll get it back but they know it will take time.
