| Can Nevada residents use a nonresident Utah permit in Nevada or are they required to apply for a Nevada CCW? |

| If you check the law you'll find that NV residents must use a valid NV permit to carry inside the state. The UT permit doesn't list weapons, but inside NV you must still carry only the pistols listed on your NV CHL even if you're also carrying your UT permit. They kind've closed the loopholes on us!:Poep:

| The statutory due diligence has already been posted. You do not, however, have to be a resident of the issuing jurisdiction if you are non a Nevada resident (i.e. anyone not otherwise prohibited from carrying firearms can legally CCW with a valid Florida or Utah providing you are not a NV resident).
