The check cleared my bank on 10/27/2010
My permit says issued 10/27/210
The post mark on the envelope is 11/05/2010
I received in the mail today 11/08/2010
That is fast service
I am greatful to the state and its employees for issuing me a permit so fast

I live in New York and applied for a New Hampshire Non Resident permit
Better move to Vermont or New Hampshire soon before we start the building of the great wall on the boarders with NY and MA LOL j/k. Bloomberg can KISS my ass! It's a joke that he thinks he can try and tell other state governments how to run their states. I have family in Plattsburgh,NY other then that the whole state can piss off!!

New Hampshire Non-Resident Permit I live in NJ, which is almost impossible to get a CCW permit. I sent my application in on a Saturday, and received my permit withing two weeks.
They were a pleasure to deal with.
i sent my NH application out Jan 28 and received my permit today, Feb 12th.
