Default Question About NJ Laws and Bullpup Stocks

I got a guy in New Jersey that wants to buy my Ruger 10/22 Muzzelite Bullpup Stock. He didn't mention he was in NJ, I didn't think to ask, but when I got his Money Order I noticed it.
Would it be illegal to ship a bullpup stock to NJ? What kind of trouble could I get into?
In order to rally people, governments need enemies. They want us to be afraid, to hate, so we will rally behind them. And if they don't have a real enemy, they'll invent one in order to mobilize us.

A stock is not a firearm and it will be a private transaction between 2 people no weapons in the mix. Not a problem. Do it.
P.S. I live in Va. now but I was a Det Sgt in N.J. untill I retired several years ago.

Ok, I was wondering about that. Some websites that sell the exact same stock won't sell to NJ residents. I guess that's just company policy then?
