 Hello from South Florida Hi. I have held a Florida CCW since 2005. I work in the political industry and am an Volunteer Emergency Coordinator for our counties Amateur Radio Emergecy Service for our Emergency Management Division. I am also Vice President of our Sherrif's Department Fraternal Order of Police Associates. I used to be a regular way back on the old packing site until it died. I found this site in a google search and it seemed to be pretty active so I am looking forward to becoming an active participant. My normal carry weapon is a Kel-Tec P-3AT carried right-front pocket in a Guru convertible pocket holster with wallet backer. Before I get the ".380 'aint gonn do it" response, in shorts 95% of the time, sometimes shirtless it is impractical to carry anything larger and any caliber is better than none at all. I also carry a Kahr PM-9 and a full size Berretta Vertec 9mm with laser when practical. I feel very lucky to be Floridian when it comes to concealed carry.      |
