I live in NM and this is bumming me. Not sure why they are going all crazy on this as of late. If you do visit, our state at least is a full open carry state. And you can carry concealed or anyway you want in your vehicle. Even on your bicycle.

Ya I was bummed when I seen this also. I thought we were starting to moving forward. I don't get it. I hope other states don't follow suit.

There has been a lot of people here in New Mexico making calls and sending e-mails to the Gov and Legislators, and also the DPS . . . PLUS . . . there have been a TON of people form all over the US doing the same . .

The result . . today they added back quite a few states into reciprosity status . . I look for all the rest to come back into reciprosity as well. The NRA on it's ILA page explains all of this in an update they sent out today to the NRA membership. They are claiming that the audit list wans not a cancellation list, just the results of the audit . . uh huh . . sure . . right . . that's about ALL I have to say. Public pressure from within and outside is what got them off their duffs to correct the mess that William Hubbard made with his list and whatever agenda he seems to have. I wonder how long this guy will have his job after this??

Who is William Hubbard? Is he the Knumb Knuts that started all this mess?

Anyway, most of the states have been added back in.

    Good luck, everyone.
