Default Anyone a NM private investigator?

Need some guidance getting my NM license. Have one for TX, don't need one for OK, but NM seems very confusing and contradictory between the laws and the application.

Where do you live? Your Texas permit covers you in NM and OK

Permit Not Honored:
California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, West Virginia, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, District of Columbia


Right Denied:
Illinois, Wisconsin, American Samoa, N. Mariana Islands

LOL! yeah I know. I think that is why they wrote them that way. Done 2 already, one more is all I need.
