    while i do try an obey the law i do not understand what part of "shall not be infringed" they do not understand. while i am in washington state with vastly different gun laws my guess is he did it for alleged safety reasons just like in some states you must secure the gun or lock it up. since you have no children i would seek clarification from the judge or the clerk. goo luck

    Heller held that a trigger-lock requirement is unconstitutional with regard to a home defense weapon. I don't see how Judge Boller's "trigger-lock" requirement could apply to anything other than transportation of the weapon while on your way to hunting or target practice.

    Send the clerk back a letter asking if the "Licensing Officer" is aware of tis statement in the Syllabus of the Heller decision:
