SAF has a current law suit with the county of Westchester which happens to effect NYC because it falls in the Eastern District of NY.I believe this case if won would have to change everything.NYC would have to issue a full carry license and have to endorse every NY license holder.This would be a big help to other counties in NY.Nassau and Suffolk would be challenged next.
On the first page someone mentioned that Delaware county is the only county thats issues unrestricted permits to everyone. Just want to correct this, Yates county also issues unrestricted to every permit holder.
Madison county Madison county also issues unrestricted if you ask for it . If you font ask, it will be restricted by default.
Chautaqua County, Cattarugus County also issues Un Restricted Pistol Permits
