Chances of getting an unrestricted Sullivan County Permit?

I turned in my application waiting for my interview with the Judge. I understand that now 2 judges, Hon. Frank J. LaBuda & Hon. Michael F. McGuire are in charge of issuing pistol permits. Can anyone chime in and tell me what are my chances of getting an unrestricted permit from Sullivan County? I don't know anyone who got their permit recently Any and all input on the matter is appreciated. Thank you.

We handle permit services in Sullivan and generally don't see any issue. It would help if you attended an advanced class that teaches concealed carry and NYS law. We offer them regularly in Orange County.

Update:::: I had my meeting with Hon. Frank J. LaBuda who granted my full carry with no restrictions Very happy! I should add that LaBuda seemed like a really nice guy as well.
