I don't know about your state, but Ohio is considering changing the law so you can here.
Does anyone know if NC is considering changing the law about carrying canceled in a restaurant that serves alcohol? I have heard rumors that law makers were considering this.

I've seen it mentioned but it never gets changed. I have always agreed ed with Glock Fan.
Move to Oklahoma. We can carry "canceled" in any restaurant that serves alcohol as long as their main business is the serving of food. Cannot carry in a bar that happens to sell sandwiches or burgers.
We have always been allowed to carry concealed in restaurants and bars New York state.
yep, if you carry concealed in a resturant that serves alcohol, it will be carrying canceled....
It has been bandied around, but with the liberals in our state house and senate it is not likely until after an election where some of the libs are removed. Not likely to be signed by this idiot we have in the govenors office.
I applaud virginia on their change to their concealed carry bill this year to allow carry in a resturant that serves alcohol.

If you CC, who's gonna know???? I'd sooner be alive and telling the Judge why I did not follow the Law, then be dead and my wife telling the Funeral Home why I did not carry when I could of.
