I didn't mean to confuse you. I am a resident of Wake County (My home is in Wake Forest) however when I joined this forum I was still in school in Charlotte at the time.
I spoke with someone at the office today, my permit was dropped into the outgoing mail this morning so I expect it tomorrow thank goodness!
Wake County resident here. Just thought I would detail the processing time for my application for you all. I submitted my application April 6th, received my permit with a typographical error on June 4th via USPS mail. I made two or three calls the following week to correct the spelling of my name as they had it listed on the permit wrong. I did receive a return call and two days ago (July 9th) I received my corrected permit (again via USPS Mail).
