There is a guy in China Grove that holds a class for $60 a person but if you bring a friend he will do it for $50 a person. I took my class there and it was great. You can Google it for his number and address.
Ok, so I woke up today and wanted to make amends for being too lazy yesterday to volunteer do someone's google search for an easy to answer "googleable" question.

just hit up the sheriff's dept. they will have a list of all the local instructors in the area
