    Default Prayer for my brother

I would like to ask everyone to pray as God leads you for my brother. I just learned today that he was recently diagnosed with early stages of Parkinson disease.
By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house;by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith Heb.11:7

HK4U...your brother, you and your entire family are in my warm thoughts and heartfelt prayers. The journey ahead will be difficult, but God will give you HIS strength. I share a poem with you that I wrote some years ago:

    God's Plan for Me
    copyright 1997

I have a disease called multiple sclerosis,
    That happened quite suddenly.
It's not for me to ask "how" or "why",
Because God has a plan for me.

He has something important for me to learn,
    And I'll follow Him willingly.
Whatever my future, I'm not afraid,
Because God has a plan for me.

When my footsteps are wobbly and frail,
    He empowers me spiritually.
In my weakness, I find HIS strength,
And that is God's plan for me.

2 Corinthians 12:9 - But He said to me,
"My grace is sufficient for you, for my
power is made perfect in weakness".

I'll put in a word with my Father tonight for sure. And I'll even add a little whisper on the side for you to have some support too.

Thanks eveyone for the prayers and support. Conservative Wife & Mom great poem. The wife of one of our associate pastors some years back had MS. I know she had a hard time but I never heard her complain. She home schooled their children, five I think, and brought in extra money baking bread while dealing with the effects of her illness. Very brave lady.
