Thanks a ton guys. I had the first phone interview this morning and I feel it went well. Nothing was asked that I was not familiar with and I didn't leave the call kicking myself for something I said/didn't say. Now it's just a waiting game. Hopefully I'll know soon if they want to bring me in for a face to face interview.

Not sure what the policy is there yet but I intend to find out. If nothing else in the state of Florida they can not keep me from having it in my car. Only bad side is I'll be very busy leading a team and will not be able to get on here as much....... that settles it I'm not taking the job! lol

I have been applying for work for 18 months. Nothing here in Florida. Master Electrician, 35 yrs, . Finally got a call from a Cable Co. I start next week. This is crazy I applied for close to 100 positians and no calls. Either to Old or too Qulafied, go figure... Im just glad someone hired me...

Yep thats why I feel very blessed to have a job and have this opportunity. I wish you well and hope something comes up soon for you.

I really hope it works out also. I found out more about the job this morning. I'll be leading a team of 6-7 people and reporting directly to the QA manager. Amazing opportunity and the pay, including bonuses, will be about a 40% increase.
