That's not really Oregon, it's Portland...which is the southern end of the Seattle-Tacoma-Portland People's Republic...which is very different from either Oregon or Washington as a whole.

I think a sign should be posted "No cops allowed. Open for robbery 24/7". From the news reports he wasn't even asked to leave until a customer thanked him for his service. How does that mean he was making customers "uncomfortable"?
