Most of the 0bummer stickers around me got traded during Cash for Clunkers. The drivers who still have 0bummer stickers don't seem to be smart enough to use this device without hurting themselves.

I was actually wondering if I should offer 1st Aid or let them rely on 0bummercare?So...I don't see a problem here!
