I read "God, Guns and Rock 'n Roll" years ago. It's a great book, though I have to say that some of his shooting exploits sound a little exaggerated (I'm guessing that duck(?) he hit with a 9mm Beretta was more like 20 yards away than 100).
Ted would be a great representative to shake things up. Can you imagine a debate between Nugent and Pelosi? Nugent and Rangel? Nugent and Obama? I don't know how he'd do long-term, but then again we need term limits anyway. Politics should not be a career. You just lose your perspective after a while.
