Turkey turned out great. I love that thing. And I was rooting for GB. Rogers won me a fantasy football superbowl last year so I figured I could root for him.

I have on a previous occation cooked myself a NY-Strip Parmesan. Pasta and a nice mid-rare NY-Strip topped with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. I may need to dust off that recipe.
