Default 3 Trillion Budgets Considered By Lawmakers

All three major party presidential candidates plan to be on hand in the Senate. A Senate plan would put a one-year moratorium on spending for the pet projects of lawmakers known as earmarks. Republican John McCain and Democrats Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama all support the ban.
