The Chinese believes in reincarnation to the point that they believe the person who owes them something in the last life will reincarnate as the same person in the same family unit this current lifetime and continue to pay that debt to them. Weird, huh?

What a joke. Have these guys ever read the MC (a translation of it, of course)?? And the Occupiers, if they knew the purpose of the MC, would want to burn it. While it's a tremendously important historical document and a distant relation to more modern constitutions (very distant), it did nothing for the common man. Imagine the US Constitution with an addendum that said "All of this applies only to the top 1%. All others are on their own". That's pretty much what the MC was - a declaration by the nobility of their rights and screw everyone else.
I'm embarrassed that it's Republicans who're sponsoring this bill.
