I watch every debate, I listen to the news day & night, I listen to the town hall meetings, am I missing something? Are we on the gun forums the only ones who care about our 2nd Amendment? Has anyone heard any candidate being asked about their stand on the 2nd? Has anyone heard any of the candidates bring it up? Why is the question being ignored or excluded everywhere???

I was disappointed myself in last night's Huckabee forum. I was sort of hoping someone will bring up the 2A with either Romney or Perry. I know what Perry's stand will be, but I'd dearly like to hear Romney lies about it, sort of thing...

Yes, it would be good to hear them publicly state their position on the 2nd. Like you, Perry is the only one I really feel good about on this issue. The others....not so much. But it would sure be nice if some of the questioners at these debates would press hard on this issue instead of contraception. At my age, contraception is not an issue. But the preservation of this Nation is.
