Banks!!! Not normally anti-business but what they get away with would not fly in any other business.

I am glad for you. I hope you work it out ill the end with your family intact. May God bless you, brother...

You guys have been a huge help. I talked to an apartment manager and it looks like my new place is going to be next door to one of my oldest friends. I can't tell you how good it feels to start over, redefine myself and my life. The battle with the bank has been a source of sleepless nights for too long. Now i'm my own.man again, free to do as I please. Like the.man says, flip'em the bird and die like a viking. LOL.

For those who might be wondering how things are working out, here is an update. We are moving into a nice apartment that will be very comfortable, satisfactory to the Mrs., and halve my monthly expenses. Ironically enough, my jobs have picked up, I have started my own business with our first client starting this week, and I am actually saving money- which is being invested into precious metals, ammo, and supplies. I think I got enough momentum on the way down to bounce back with a vengeance. LOL Thank you everyone for your kind support... sometimes you just need to vent and hear that things will work out. I will miss my house-maybe I can buy back outright someday.
