    I agree 100%.

    Marriage should be limited to a man and a woman solely for the purpose of procreation.

    And to assure that the state promotes marriage for the purpose of procreation a federal law should be enacted that requires every couple applying for a marriage license to certify that:

    1. Neither is sterile.

    2. They will have sex solely for the purpose pf procreating; and

    3. They will have sex often enough to procreate within 6 months of their marriage.

    If they don't procreate within 6 months of their marriage then their marriage is null and void and they can't get married again to each other or anyone else because of their fraud on the state and nature.

    After their kids are grown and they are two old coots who can't procreate with each other then they must get divorced.

    Although they can still make inane videos together.
