+1. When we get complacent and begin to think that something can not happen then that is when we are in trouble. Most Americans 50-75 years ago most likely thought we would never become the socialist nation that we have become today

That was one isolated incident. I don't count on that happening nationwide.

Congress can ratify the Constitution in a heartbeat and eliminate the Second Amendment and the recent Supreme Court ruling would be null and void!

I'll be glad to. Your suggestion that they could start going door to door confiscating guns is hyperbole. As for the Katrina reference, let's not also forget that shopkeepers and store owners kept looters at bay, also, and the gun confiscation scheme ended almost as quickly as it began. Obama is an anti, but he won't be sending his gestapo out to confiscate people's guns.
