    I think I'll hold onto my Colts for awhile. World record $800,000 for a Colt isn't bad.

    A good firearme always goes up in value. I have a Colt Python that I got new in 1975 for around $225. One in good condition used would most likely cost $900+ now. They are great investments in more ways than one.
