NYC's finest arrested this guy for standing around in Times Square. True, he resisted arrest (maybe he was unhappy about getting arrested for nothing..)
I don't know, it just makes me go

Truth is mighty and will prevail. There is nothing the matter with this, except that it ain't so.

Knowing how the press seems to always get half the story it's really hard to judge this. But I know that when a NYC cop or any other cop tells you to do something you do it--period--dot. Can you get their badge number and file a complaint later absolutely but then and there on the street you need to comply because things have a way of going down hill fast once back up needs to be called.

You have a right to resist an unlawful arrest.
Taking away your freedom is something very serious we seem to have forgotten.
2 AM just how bad can it be.
Can a group of tourists stop and take pictures.
On the otherhand a few policemen can really make it look bad for the majority of policemen.
I guess thats why I would never live in NYC.
Just think how many they could arrest on New Years Eve!:D
Nuke'em til they glow then shoot them in the dark!
