Posting a confirm on Sheldon's G2, with a 2-hr old 'Bull Crap' from my honey in Norfolk, U.K., school teacher with a X-train requirement to conduct regular fire drills in the facility she teaches at full of fire extinguishers.

Well...yobs or not, I don't see that it's a great idea to remove fire extinguishers. Poor people in public housing deserve reasonable fire protection as much as anyone else. If there's a problem with teenagers taking them, there are measures that can be taken to mitigate theft and vandalism.

It's a similar issue to trying to stop guns from being carried in public housing projects and ghettos in the US. The right to self-protection doesn't start at the middle class.
