Actually, what might work better would be to give them each a very sharp knife, and give the whole group a single life preserver. Think about how that would work out with 1000 serial killers, a single floatation device, 1000 knives and some sharks in the area.

Check out this deathrow inmate. He's been sitting in prison since over 25 years and still hasn't been juiced!! Rediculous!! If you look on The Officer Down Memorial Page and look back at sleign officers from the early 20th century, their killers were put to death within a years time!!

BIRMINGHAM, Ala (WBRC-TV MyFoxAL.com) -- MOBILE, Ala. (AP) -- State prosecutors urged the Alabama Supreme Court not to delay the execution of James Harvey Callahan, whose attorneys are attempting to block his lethal injection set for Thursday at Holman Prison.

In a Supreme Court petition for a stay of execution, Callahan's lawyers claim his conviction and death sentence were obtained unconstitutionally when the Calhoun County trial judge refused to recuse himself after the judge participated in Callahan's interrogation.

Prosecutors in a response Monday said the judge did not participate in Callahan's interrogation. They say the judge acted to ensure that the lawyer who told him that he might represent Callahan was able to talk to the inmate.

Callahan was convicted for the Feb. 3, 1982 slaying of 26-year-old Rebecca Suzanne Howell of Jacksonville, who was abducted from a coin-operated laundry.
