Unfortunately it's very difficlult to fix "stupid". This lady should seriously consider taking parenting classes. Makes me wonder how well the child is being raised at home. Very poor excuse for a parent. Don't think too highly of the judge either. Not very sound "judgment" getting involved in a matter that should be the responsibility of the parent.

When i grew up , whoever knew us could tan our backside if we got out of line. After they finished, we got it again when we got home. Spare the rod and spoil the child.
The goveerment needs to stay out of disciplining kids, unless the kid is really being abused unjustly.
