You're kidding right? Please tell me that neither you nor anyone you know was taken by surprise by the switch to digital. For more than a year prior, you couldn't turn on a TV, pick up a newspaper, or listen to the radio without some sort of "reminder" that analog was going bye-bye. The fact that the govt. was subsidizing converter boxes was bad enough. Then they postponed the switch because too many PBS, ABC, CBS, NBC viewers (Read: constituents) screwed around too long to get a box before the deadline.

They told the Police and other officials in NYC about the flight.
Why?
Was it to advise them NOT to shoot at that airplane, no matter how suspiciously it was acting?
