Exclamation Need help in land purchase location

I have $100,000. to buy 50+ acres somewhere in the North/South western U.S. I want to hunt the land if possible and I want to purchase soon. I would like water on the property if possible and power close by is a + but not needed.
I need input from you guys you know what they say more eyes more input, thanks for your help, just input what you know and I will take a look, thanks
