Here in Southern IN/Northern KY some of the local UPS stores do fingerprinting, have you tried them?
I got the renewal kit from Florida including a fingerprint card. The problem is that nobody in north central Ohio is using ink fingerprinting. Everybody here is using electronic fingerprinting with no printer capabilities. Contacting Florida makes no diferrence. They tell me I need a fingerprint card. I even contacted the local FBI office with no luck.
Has anybody had this problem? How was it solved?

Here in Florida, you can go to the local Sheriff's dept and get electronic fingerprints (they give you a print out of them). You then have to go online and pay something like $47 for the fingerprint investigation and sent $75 to the FL Dept of Agr.
You could call anyone who deals with children (child service, social workers, charities) and they normally have to do background checks on anyone in contact with the kids.. Ask them who does it for them..

They should have to print them, just submut them ellectronicaly... But, they all want money... so you might have to pay the price, unless you can find a dept. to give you a paper copy...
FL says prints HAVE to be done by LEO.
Restless: guessing you got
this in the packet? Pages 5 & 6 (6&7 of the pdf) explain the printing. If your LEO only does electronic printing, they should be able to submit them electronically.
Florida asks you to include the paper copy of the electronic prints.. It's not so much they need the prints, but they need the number off the prints EXACTLY as it is printed on the sheet to access the electronic prints / results of investigation. It saves them a hassle of locating the correct prints for you..
