COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio House today passed a bill that would allow gun owners to carry concealed firearms into bars and restaurants.

Gov. John Kasich will sign the bill into law, his spokesman said.

Here's something you don't see every day, a media report that is pretty accurate about a gun issue.

Today, June 21, the Speaker of the Ohio House and the President of the Ohio Senate both signed Senate Bill 17. This was a something that had to be done before the bill could be sent to the Governor. I was suspect the bill could be sent to him by tomorrow.

He will have 10 days to sign it or it automatically becomes law. We are all crossing our fingers. Then I believe it takes 90 days to go into effect? Correct me if Im wrong here.
