New to the open carry

Hello, my name is John & I'm new to the Open Carry. I have a couple questions about the legal parts.

1. Can you have a empty mag in the gun? I have seen a few guy on the internet who have them in?

2. Do any of you carry all day long & if so have you had problems with work, lunch time, etc..??

Other then that I'm ready to Open Carry in San Jose, California. So if any others want to meet us and exercise our 2A rights let me know.

IN Kali, you can not loaded open carry. That why they carry unloaded.

You should check out the California board at opencarry.org. They have something planned all the time. Lots of like minded people there. calguns also but they're not into open carry as much.
