Had a thought there would be more of a detail so I could forward to some of our SC Legislators. Will have to look at it closer. We all should have the right to OC if permitted to CC.

It is a bill, it has not been made law... yet

Just to be clear.. You need to call your STATE House & Senate representative.

When you call the your house legislator mention HB-45

Thanks for the heads up, I too would like to see open carry legal in South Carolina. I am not sure that I would OC, but I do want the option and know that other gunowners do as well.

I don't think I would open carry ever. It is a warning to bad guys and I think I would rather have surprise on my side
