    The right to bear arms presently includes the right to own a handgun for personal protection in your home. It might eventually be expanded to more than than that, but right now everything beyond that is a mere fantasy.

    No place is a bad place for open carry, unless it's a bad place to be in the first place. The only exception to this is when private property is involved.

    If you're aware of your surroundings, where you are has nothing to do with whether or not OC is "OK." :)
