P/S To clarify, Bristol sets on the state line of Tn. and Va. the state line runs down the middle of State St the main St. through town. and yes it has two of every thing , Police , Fire , Mayer's, and City services.

Here in Ohio I open carry more than concealed. I get the looks and and I had an encounter with a Leo that was uncalled for , but otherwise I love it. Take today for example, I OC'd everywhere, Kroger, Home Depot, downtown, and the market with no problems at all.

PA is OC without a permit, but woe unto you if you climb into your car with it strapped on. It then becomes concealed and requires a ccw permit.
