Default Competency demonstration

I'm a Ca resident that travels through Oregon to Washington several times a year. I want to get a non-resident permit for your fine State. Does the course documentation for either (actually and) Utah or Nevada's CCW permits count towards the competency demonstration or is a 3rd course covering the same material required? Hugs and kisses from your retarded brothers in to the South.

The state requirement is completion of an NRA-certified course or a Hunter's Safety course that includes handgun safety.
