 PA CCW application apprehension
Can anyone explain to me the review process for the PA carry permit?
When I was 18 I was involved in a prankish incident for which i was charged with a fellony for momentarily attempting to evade arrest. The case was never brought to trial and my official plea was nolo contendre afterwhich I was assigned community service.
Now, as a law abiding, 30 year old homeowner, I am nervous about attempting to purchase a new firearm or to apply for the ccw because I do not want to be rejected offhand and throw up red flags.
If anyone has any relevant experience I would greatly appreciate your anecdotes or advice.
