Default Bigger guy, best wat to conceal

I am not a huge individual but at 240lbs does any one have suggestions for best method of carry ?

At 6'4" and 300 lbs I carry my HK USP in a pancake strong side, N have been for over 7 years now. But I am looking on having a custom appendix carry made.
