I too get tired of the left trying to cram their beliefs or lack there of down our throats and especially trying to brain wash the minds of our children. by their rewriting of history as they have done now for many years.
By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house;by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith Heb.11:7

I spoke to a history teacher recently who told me the current field of curricula devote about 10 minutes to the Viet Nam war, but spend 2 weeks discussing the Civil Rights movement and the centuries of oppression suffered by certain minorities.

That is what we in the business call, a serious lack of perspective.

That is the kind of skewed indoctrination the Texas board is trying to reverse.

The one change that bothers me was how they were supposedly going to reduce the role Thomas Jefferson played in our country's history. Did that happen? I don't see a reference to it anywhere.

Tom fathered several children with a slave girl. Many black americans can trace their ancestry to Tom. He not only helped shape the united states, he commited rape. Way to go Mr. Jefferson.
