More lawsuits filed about Obama's birthplace

It is a moot point, his mother is a U.S. Citizen, he automatically inherits U.S. Citizenship superseding birthplace.

That's true... But what do they call it when someone steadfastly refuses to reconsider his position in the face of ever mounting evidence which questions the validity of that position? Is it any wonder people view people like that as having an underlying, perhap sinister, agenda of their own?

We're not talking about a 2nd shooter on the grassy knoll here...what's being requested is so simple to provide, and would settle the matter forever.

Is it that you truly believe there is no question of Obama's eligibility to be President? Fine...then there should be no problem whatsoever with providing the documents asked for to put the matter to bed once and for all and shut us all up. You then, and others like you, should be at the tip of the spear in calling for these records to be made public, to show us all that we're wrong and reinforce your support of your choice.

If, however, it's because you're insecure about his actual eligibility for the office, then you're actually part of the problem, and shame on you...perpetuating a usurper, at least, in our highest office. Where is YOUR outrage that he's not allowing his supporters to be vindicated in their enthusiasm for him?

melloyello, an innocent man doesn't run and hide. By the same token, a mon who has nothing to hide doesn't hide anything.

A simple birth certificate is easy to produce. The simple fact that that sleaze hasn't done so makes it clear that he DOES INDEED have something to hide.

If Obama had nothing to hide and he loved his country he would produce the birth Certificate rather than burning a lot of tax payer money. So it is obvious he does have something to hide and he has no problem reaching into the taxpayers pockets to steal a little more to try and cover his sins.

Not to mention, that even if what is on his campaign website is legitimate its not valid as proof of citizenship...

Also, quite interesting to note that no official agency, Secretary of State, etc., has been provided Obummers so-called birth certificate, as filing forgeries would compound the growing list of felonies, treasonable and impeachable offenses...

I want to see the real, long-form birth-certificate taken out of the stinking fault in Hawaii IF it exists on live Camera; just like when Geraldo Rivera opened Al Capones EMPTY safe after much hype...

His mother was not 25 years of age and had not lived for at least 5 years over the age of 18 in the USA. The law is actually very clear for the time frame in question. Also the fact that his father was a British subject at the time of his birth further complicates things with the question of dual citizenship. The original founding fathers did not want any dual citizens in a position of authority and wrote the original law as such.

Little Barry's adoption by Mr. Soetero of Indonesia when he was just a tyke means his mother gave up his birthright and he at that time was officially listed as an Indonesian Citizen in order to attend school. Here is where it can get sort of interesting...When his mother divorced Mr. Soetero, and brought little Barry back to the USA, he is now legally considered a naturalized US citizen (thanks to mom and her string of bad choices citizenry wise).

Now here is the kicker...Who performed the vetting process? The President of the DNC? The Vice president? The attorney General of the United States? All were derelict in there duties and should be the source of a massive investigation of the dept of justice, the Senate, the Congress and WE THE PEOPLE.

Folks I believe we have been hoodwinked and the media gave it a pass because the Communist agenda must destroy the rule of law in order to become something more desirable to replace the current system of government. This conspiracy has been a long time in the making with the plant of socialist professors in universities in the 60's to poison the minds of America's brightest youth. Progressively moving to an out right socialist system conducting OVERT operations within the borders of our own country by the posturing and positioning of bosses and Czars without congressional oversight and senate approval.

Let me ask you all the following questions

1. Since when does the president have the authority to authorize the buyout and then fire heads of private businesses?
2. Since when is America "no longer a Christian Nation?"
3. Since when is freedom of speech under attack by the Government in the form of attempting to shut down a regulate Talk Radio
4. Since when do we allow politicians to tell us what is best for the people when the people clearly do not want it?
5. Since when do unions such as the SEIU and social reform entities such as ACORN, and power hungry thugs like the Black Panthers have the power to influence elections by means of deception and intimidation without the Government taking action?

I am a crotchety old tyrant that would require mandatory firearms training for all non felons and by executive order would authorize open carry for every military member on AD or honorably retired.

I would also work hard to deal with over crowding in the prisons by outsourcing those hardcorps lifers to Antarctica in a bold move to colonize the frozen south.

The national guard would rotate through the borders and secure them.

The congress and senate would all be under investigation for accepting bribes and kickbacks from lobbyists.

Taxes would be a straight 10% tax with no refunds and no exemptions (the Good Lord himself only asks for 10% why should the Govt get more? A 10% tax is much simpler and with no refunds it will be even across the board...The IRS can now be integrated into ICE and help secure all the non taxpaying illegal aliens.

The constitution would be read weekly in my radio address to all school students to ensure they get it. No student would be allowed to graduate without being able to pass a constitution test and balance a checkbook...no execptions and no dropouts.

Illegal aiens would be charged with a felony and deported.

Felons sneaking into the country would be dealt with by the Natl. Guard as a military threat.

Finally Drug dealers...the war on drugs is on like donkey kong...you deal you die...why do you think I let all those military guys carry for status???

Now do you guys really want a tyrant like that for president???

I'd vote for that. I'm ex military, I'm not a felon, I've had training courses for firearms, I have my handgun permit, and can completely agree with the campaign promises you have already stated.
