    Actually I think they have kicked around the idea of bullet control in the form of a really high tax.

    On one hand, most people have the will to survive, it's genetic.

    The intellect to make it happen, on the other hand, is severely lacking in a large portion of our society. Sort of makes me wonder how they have managed to survive.

    Oh Yeah, those of us with the intellect have helped keep them alive.
