BHO will probably appoint someone as close to a Marxist mindset as possible. The GOP will raise hell to block, BHO will then appoint a middle of the road Socialist and scream racism if they don't confirm. The GOP once again will cave and we'll be stuck with someone worse then Stevens. You should take a look at the possible nominees. It even includes Holder and we know how well his attempt to put terrorists on trial in NYC went. Knowing that whomever Obama appoints will probably be seated, I hope it ends up being Garland. He seems to be the more conservative of them.
