I weep for my country

I just finished watching a movie entitled "Defiance". It is about four Polish jewish brothers who escaped with others into the woods of Belarus and survived the exterminations and horrors of WWII, along with over 1200 jews, against the nazis and their russian sympathizers. I wept as I watched this movie and I wept for my country as I think about how there was no one in the 1930s or first half of the 1940s who ever thought such unspeakable things could happen. I am witnessing a moslem with no ability, other than a penchant for reading from a teleprompter and "connecting" with his audiences, systematically voiding the constitution and destroying the america we all love and I weep some more. If anyone does not believe that the horrors of the 1930s and 1940s and the systematic destruction of almost all of Europe could not happen here, kindly read your history books; Hitler also connected well with his audience, and with the systematic control of germany, unleashed a horror on the rest of the world. We are now talking not only about a facist/communist/socialist (take your pick--they are all the same) but a moslem (he and his wife have literally said this in their own words--some of this forum's threads have discussed this) who, IMO, is out to not just transform this country but destroy its very foundations. I hope to god I am totally wrong and will be very happy to accept the abuse of this forum for thinking like a crazy old man, but until Nov, I will weep for this country and, if god forbid, the Nov elections are somehow voided or postponed or whatever due to a "crisis", I will not only be weeping for whatever is left of this country but will be preparing for actions akin to these four Polish jewish brothers. It will not be in the woods of Belarus but it will be somewhere. God Bless America.

Your concerns and fears are well founded. Those who do not see the situation you describe is either too dense to see the situation as it is, is totally out of touch with reality or are part of the problem themselves! We see some who are apologists for the Obamanation in the White House who still think he is the Chosen One. He is the most dangerous individual to our way of life ever to darken our land. You are probably closer to the idea that some sort of "crises" will occur around September or October that will cause the Obama/Pelosi/Reid axis of evil to declare a state of emergency and cancel the November elections. Look for this if the current trends in the polls show that Pelosi and Reid along with the majority in Congress and the Senate will no longer be theirs. This is how tyranny starts......

I'm afraid "Constitutional Conservative" is an oxymoron given the current state of conservative thought, belief, and identity in our country. I'd be tickled to death if we could just elect enough supporters of the Constitution (whatever their label ) to restore our government to the role it should have in our nation.

Yeah, I know that most "Conservatives" and ALL "Liberals" act like they've never heard of the Constitution, that's why I specified the minority group of Constitutional Conservatives

I for one don't believe that you're wrong, far from it. In fact, I may have to accept some of that abuse along with you, and will probably be thought of as a crazy old man as well because of what I'm about to say here. I have heard from very good sources who have inside intelligence information within Israel, that it is very probable that war will break out in the Middle East before the end of summer. I'm not going to elaborate because it would be to much for me to reveal here, and I'm really tired. I will say this much, look for Damascus to be reduced to rubble, totally destroyed, non existent. Use your imagination, only one weapon will accomplish this destruction. Food for thought, do you think this scenario and it's aftermath is dramatic enough to cause a crisis that would somehow void the Nov. election? As I've said before, Israel is God's timetable in reference to End Times events. Stay tuned.
