why are we the only country to grant naturalization by birth right in the world ? it was done for african slave related issues in which the details niether don't apply anymore nor are they relevant any longer. obviously.
it's not going to change now ,thats for sure butw e better get it done in 3 years or our country will fade fast.
immagrants don't even want to learn the language anymore. nobody should be allowed to drop a baby here after sneaking in in the 8th or 9th month of pregnancy and get away with it.
the whole country should stop paying taxes all together and within a year , no hospital would accept the policies in place now.

Citizenship by borth is so outdated. It needs to be changed. It was a great idea back in the 1700's when the majority of people were immigrants and the only was to become a citizen was by birth.

I believe the law should be ammended for citizenship by birth if one of the parents are legal citizens. What do you do in a case where two illegals have an anchor baby?
1) split up the family and sent the illegals back while leaving the "citizen" infant to be supported by the taxpayer.
2) reward the illegals for comitting a crime by allowing them to stay and care for the "citizen" infant.

Eliminating citenzenship-by-birth would remove a HUGE incentive for illegal immigration.
